The first Hammer Strength Clinic was held in Cincinnati, the birthplace of Hammer Strength. In 1992, strength and conditioning coaches were finding their footing in professional and college athletics. Strength and conditioning professionals are now an essential part of athletic programs at any level and personal training facilities.

“I have participated in several Hammer Strength clinics, both as a speaker and an attendee, over the last several years. I have always found the clinics to be well organized, the speaker line up excellent and the clinic format to be extremely effective in terms of sharing and exchanging information. I look forward to the next opportunity to attend one."
— John Dettmann, DIRECTOR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN
What coaches are saying
“Over the past 8 years, I’ve hosted, attended, and presented at Hammer Strength Clinics. I feel there is no better atmosphere to learn about strength and conditioning and training athletes. Hammer Strength brings together top speakers with vastly different philosophies and ideas. If you train athletes or just starting out in the business, you need to attend these clinics."
— Justus Galac, HEAD STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH, NEW YORK JETS FOOTBALL CLUB
