Cris Bradley – Manchester, U.K.
Cris is an elite strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer from Manchester, U.K. With more than 15 years and 13,000+ training hours of experience, Cris's passion and thirst for knowledge within the industry is evident. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, he has gone on to complete a variety of certifications in strength training and nutrition and now operates his own personal training and nutrition company, Total Body Sculpture. With a focus on providing inspiration and motivation, Cris works with a wide range of clients – from elite athletes to everyday people looking to get in better shape. He also has worked alongside healthcare professionals within the National Health Service on patient rehabilitation programs, and has consulted on fitness strategies for the Fire Service. Chris uses his knowledge of nutrition to prepare athletes for bodybuilding and physique competitions, and counts multiple winners as clients.
Chris Clough – McLean, Virginia, USA
Chris Clough is a fitness professional with 10 years of experience in personal training, small group training, operations and management. He has trained all fitness levels at health clubs and studios, and previously worked as contractor at the U.S. Secret Service headquarters, training special agents and other personnel. Chris is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, with an additional certification in Small Group Fitness from the American Council of Exercise. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as the National Personal Training Institute. Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Virginia Tech. As a Master Personal Trainer at Sport & Health Worldgate, in Herndon, Virginia, Chris emphasizes the “fun” in functional training with workouts that include strength, balance and flexibility training. Chris believes that exercise programs should be the best part of his clients’ days.
Amelia-Jane Hoffmann – Auckland, New Zealand Amelia-Jane is a REPs-registered personal trainer and the CEO of Fit, Gorgeous Brides, which she founded in 2012. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education & Health in 2005, she underwent additional business training at New Zealand Open Polytechnic with the goal of establishing her own business within the fitness industry. Amelia-Jane’s passion for working as a personal trainer stems from the fact that she knows she is helping people feel better mentally and physically. She loves waking up every day knowing that, with her support, one of her clients will achieve something he or she didn’t think was possible. She enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge with others, and believes that personal trainers provide a critical support network to clients – one of which she is especially proud to be a part.
Charlene Hutsebaut – London, U.K.
Originally from Canada, Charlene Hutsebaut is a REPS-registered personal trainer based in London. With a passion for the outdoors that she incorporates into her workouts, Charlene aims to make wellness achievable for everyone, with or without a gym membership. Her love of fitness started at the early age of 3, when she put on her first pair of ice skates. Since then, she has completed degrees in Physical Education and Education, as well as studies in Athletic Therapy. She is a Stott Pilates instructor, with Level 1 and 2 certification from the Functional Sports Nutrition Academy, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In her 24 years of experience, she has logged more than 15,000 personal training hours. Charlene trains at the St. Pancras Hotel Spa or outdoors, “in Mother Nature’s gymnasium.” When she isn’t training or making fitness videos, Charlene runs corporate workshops, and is the featured expert for Psychologies magazine’s Life Labs network and Passport, the in-flight magazine for Monarch Airlines.
Greg Johnson – Sacramento, California
Greg has worked with fitness and rehabilitation clients for more than 15 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Rehabilitation from Plymouth State College, with minors in Health and Wellness, and received a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the California University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. Among his qualifications, Greg also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Greg’s passion for fitness and health has always driven his ambitions. Using fitness as a driver to form positive life changes, Greg’s motivation is to help people be more healthy and fit, as well as happier and healthier in all aspects of their lives.
Patrick Rapp – Västerås, Sweden
Patrick Rapp is a personal trainer and the owner of Sport Performance Center in Västerås, Sweden. His passion for health and fitness started nearly 15 years ago when he first volunteered as a karate instructor. Since then, his drive to be a better trainer and coach have led him to earn a degree in Sport Science, as well as pursue a personal training license and recognition as a strength and conditioning coach from the Swedish Sports Confederation. Patrick’s clients include elite athletes, senior citizens and patients with rehabilitation needs, as well as ordinary people who just want to feel better, move better and get stronger. Patrick’s passion is seeing his clients overcome obstacles to reach their goals, and making sure they have a smile on their face in the process – no matter how hard the struggle.
Will Taylor – Lebanon, Tennessee, USA
Will lives by the motto, “you’re more than your circumstances.” Growing up, he had to overcome hardships typical of inner-city life, and found refuge in sports, education and helping others. Will earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tennessee State University. After college, Will briefly joined corporate America before discovering his true passion in the fitness industry. He is currently Head Trainer and Program Director at Sports Village Fitness Center in Lebanon, Tennessee, and founder of Taylord Fitness, LLC. Will is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and also is trained as a Level 1 CrossFit instructor. In addition, he holds a certification in Sports Nutrition from the Sports Science Association. Will constantly researches innovative ways to train in order to continuously meet the needs of his wide variety of clients. Will also recognizes that fitness can serve as a platform to give back to the community, and for this reason, he organizes and participates in several local charity events.
Michael Warren – Newcastle, U.K.
Michael has been working in the fitness industry for more than 19 years, starting at the age of 15. In 2014, he was named the UK Personal Trainer of the Year at the National Fitness Awards. Currently, he is co-owner of the Functional Strength Institute (FSI), which was named the Functional Training Gym of the Year, as well as the owner of Michael Warren Performance Education. Michael has an honors degree and Higher National Diploma in Sport Science. He has completed numerous industry qualifications and certifications, and is a certified Westside Barbell Strength Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. To date, Michael has written over 30 published training articles for international magazine publications, and is a frequent presenter at sport-specific educational lectures and seminars to various sporting teams and athletes.
Dave Whiteis – Daphne, Alabama, USA
Dave Whiteis is the owner of Phy-sique Fitness Inc., located in Daphne, Alabama. He is a certified personal trainer with a master’s degree in Exercise Sports Science, and is a Certified USA Track and Field Coach. During college at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, he was an eight-time NCAA Track and Field All-American and Indoor 400m National Champion. Dave is an expert in speed and acceleration dynamics and running biomechanics. He also specializes in post orthopedic rehabilitation with clients of various ages. Because of this, he often works with doctors on patient rehabilitation. Dave is passionate about helping all types of clients achieve an athletic goal or better quality of life through fitness. In addition to his role at Phy-sique, he also is the strength and conditioning coach for the 13-time state champion Bayside Academy volleyball team, as well as the City of Mobile Swim Association.
Lisa Workman – Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Lisa has been active in multiple aspects of the exercise profession for more than 15 years – as a certified exercise physiologist, fitness center manager, fitness writer, lecturer and group exercise instructor. She is the creator of the website WhyIMove.com, which aims to answer the question of why people move, one person at a time. Lisa’s primary passion is physical activity and exercise promotion in health care. Her experience in medical fitness spans many medical conditions including cancer, diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease and multiple sclerosis, as well as a range of other health ailments. Lisa holds a master’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta, and was the 2010-2011 recipient of the University of Alberta Campus Recreation Block Award. In 2012, she was the recipient of the Alberta Certified Exercise Physiologist Recognition Award.
